1.	Why is the brand changing from Cellnique Pro-Series to b•liv by Cellnique?
	The brand has been renamed to b•liv by Cellnique to better reflect its objective of catering for confident, stylish, dynamic and on-the-go youth with a skincare routine made specifically for them with proven results and simple to use.

2.	Who is Cellnique?
	Cellnique is one of the market leaders in beauty salon industry with a decade’s worth of expertise. With its head office in Malaysia, it houses a few beauty salon brands, concentrating on the best beauty solutions and the finest quality of beauty products.

3.	Where can I get b•liv products?
	b•liv is available in major pharmacy and beauty houses across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong or at blivskin.com only. Click here for our store locator.

4.	Why do I see different country of origin for different product?
	All b•liv products are manufactured under strict adherence to all applicable laws, including the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations, which are the guidelines set under the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. One of the regulations stipulates that all products state their country of origin. Thus different products will have different country of origin.

5.	Does b•liv test products on animals?
	Developed with the environment in mind, b•liv does not conduct any tests on animals.

What is the use-by-date of a b•liv product after opening?

Any b•liv products available in the market provide a use-by-date which is printed on either the bottle or packaging box. You may use the products for a period of 12 months after opening.

It is important to note that in general, once the product is opened, its life is influenced by 2 factors:

•	How the product is stored (normal atmosphere conditions)
•	How the product is handled (using ordinary rules of hygiene and application as recommended in the prospectus)

7.	Are the ingredients in all b•liv products safe to use?
	Yes! All ingredients used in b•liv products are in compliance with the allowed, prohibited, and restricted lists of the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. You may refer to each product’s full ingredients list.

8.	Is it safe to use b•liv products while pregnant?
	All b•liv products are safe to use during pregnancy. Nonetheless, we recommend you consult your physician before using any product during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.

9.	How long will it take to have a noticeable effect on my skin after using b•liv products?
	The length of time required to restore health to the skin depends on the skin’s condition and the products used, as well as lifestyle and diet. A daily routine of cleanser, treatment(s), moisturizer, sunblock and weekly mask(s) can produce noticeable effects within several days. You may find complete routine guides under each product page.

10.	Can I use b•liv products with other brand of skin care products?
	Each b•liv product is specifically designed to work together as a routine to solve your skin problem. When used together, b•liv products will effectively penetrate the formulations to different layers of the skin, revealing superior results. You may use b•liv products in conjunction with your current skin care routine. However, you may not see the same results.
